Peacock Ore

Peacock ore is all about happiness and joy. It is meant to bring you more positivity and to bring happiness to those around you. One of the best things about this crystal is that is gives you the ability to see and appreciate all the joy that it around you. It also helps you see that all is how it should be. It helps you see that everything is up to how you perceive it. If you are using the right perspective (which this stone encourages) then you’ll see there is nothing wrong in your life. Along with it bringing happiness it also helps ground your nervous energy.

This stone is really great when you combine it with chakra healing. This is because even when you use it on one chakra it positively affects them all. It is actually so good at healing chakras that it is nicknamed the chakra stone. It is most connected with the third eye. If you hold this crystal to your third eye while meditating it can help open up your intuition and awaken your inner sight.

If you are going to be doing any magick with peacock ore you’re going to want to do magick that has to do with bringing happiness and positive emotions in general. It’s great for self love magick and magick to remove stress. This is also a great crystal to have handy if you’re going to be doing any divination.

That is all for today! Do you use peacock ore in your practice? Let me know down below along with any other thoughts or questions you have. Make sure you follow me here and on twitter so you get notifications when I post and upload videos to youtube. Until next time, Blessed Be!

Everything I did on my trip to Salem and if I would recommend it

Hi everyone! Last weekend I got back from my trip to Salem and I thought I would tell you all how it went. Firstly let me preface by saying I didn’t follow my itinerary that I wrote for you guys very well and we did pretty much everything in one day rather than two.

So the first thing we did in Salem was take their trolley tour. The trolley was good to have a ticket for if you wanted to use it to get around the city as well rather than walking. It cost $20 a person to get a ticket. It was a really good tour. The tour was an hour long. They talked about the history of Salem as a whole and not just the witch trials. As for whether or not I would recommend it I, personally, probably wouldn’t. I don’t think it was a total waste of money but as someone who was mostly interested in the witch trial history and as someone who ended up walking everywhere anyway it wasn’t totally worth it. However we did get a coupon to a little restaurant called Turners while we were on the trolley and the food at Turner’s was great (they also had a few non-seafood options).

After that I went to the witch dungeon museum. What they offered there was a reenactment of Sarah Good’s trial and then a recreated dungeon down in the basement that you were taken down to through a guided tour. I really enjoyed this spot. That acting was really good and all the words came from the recorded words from the trial. I also really enjoyed the tour itself and gave a lot of good information. I can’t remember exactly how much but I think it was around $11 to get in per person. I would definitely recommend this museum I thought it was a fun way to get new information.

After the witch dungeon museum we went to The Witch House. This is the house of Judge Jonathon Corwin. It was the original house furnished with things that belonged to the time period. It had a lot of cool information about various medicine practices, along with more information about the time period, the trials, and the home. It also cost somewhere around the $11 range to get in and see it. I would definitely recommend it as well as it didn’t just repeat the same stuff you already learned. It had a lot of new information to read about.

When we left the witch house we then went to the Witch History Museum. It was another museum that went over the history of the trials. They sat you down and set the mood and told you some info and then they took you to the museum part for a guided tour. It was good as well however I would only recommend going to this one if it is the only museum you’re going to. All of the museums pretty much told you the exact same things and it was just getting redundant by the time we finished this museum. If you’re going to the witch museum or the witch dungeon museum I would say you could skip this one. It was also around the $11 mark.

We also went to the Howard st cemetery, the old burying point cemetery, and the memorial. I would personally skip Howard st cemetery as there are no actual markers from anyone who passed during the trials there to my knowledge. However would 100% recommend the memorial and burying point cemetery. They are right beside each other and free to go to. The memorial is really beautiful and a really nice tribute to the victims of the trials.

The following day we did a walking tour through Hocus Pocus tours which was probably my favourite information source that we had during the trip. It was an hour and a half and we walked around the city and they told us history about the city, about the trials, they told us murder mystery stories, and facts about the hocus pocus movie as well. It cost $17 a person and was definitely worth it. Would 100% recommend them.

As for shops I went to Hex Old World Witchery. It was a super cute place. I got a Tarot reading done there and a palm reading. It was alright. Got some good points and some other things that didn’t seem to click. I checked out the Covens Cottage which was just absolutely gorgeous. I checked out the Crow Haven Corner as it was the first metaphysical shop in salem. It was cute as well. There was some cool fortune telling happening in there. I also went in Angelica of the Angels. They offered to do Aura photography which I wish I had’ve had the opportunity to do. I also got my new tarot deck from there.

That was my trip! I hope you enjoyed reading about it and getting some ideas of places you should visit while in the area. My Salem Massachusetts 2 Day Trip Itinerary

So in the last week of June my partner and I will be going on a 10 day vacation and one of our stops is going to be 2 days in Salem. So I thought it would be fun if today I kind of post our itinerary and then the Wednesday after our trip I make a big post about what exactly we did, what we thought of each thing and then some pictures!

Also key to note that any prices I provide are in USD.

Day 1:

So day one will be spent absorbing all the knowledge I can get.

  • First stop will be the Salem witch museum.
    • For your knowledge the pricing is $13 for an adult, $11.50 for seniors, and $10 for kids 6-14. Presumably kids 5 and under are free.
  • Salem witch trials memorial is the second stop
    • I read online that one should do the museum first (as we plan to) to have more context. As long as you aren’t doing a tour this is free to my knowledge.
  • Charter st cemetery is third on the list
    • This cemetery is right beside the Salem witch trials memorial so it is a good spot to head to right after there
    • I would assume it is free as long as it isn’t a guided tour
  • The Howard st cemetery
    • This is said to be the cemetery that Giles Corey was pressed to death
    • And as the rest of the places of rest should be free

Day 2:

Most of this day will be just appreciating the city for what it is a city. We’ll go and check out local stores and just see other none witchy sites. However if the day end up drawing out a bit I have a couple places we could go to check out.

  • The Witch House
  • Witch History Museum
    • I found the price at one point but can’t seem to find it again
    • I read that this museum focuses more on witchcraft rather than the trials.

One thing that we will be doing later on in the evening is going on a walking tour. The tour we are going to go on is by hocus pocus tours. I’ll leave a link here if you want to know more about it. However if you just want to know the price it is Adults: $17, Seniors (65 & up): $15, Military Service Members: $15, Students: $15, Children (Ages 5-12): $10. Prices change a bit in October.

So that is all for today’s post. Make sure you stay tuned so you can hear about how the trip went and what I think of the various locations. Have you been to Salem? Let me know if you think there’s place I should visit that I haven’t mentioned, along with any other thoughts or questions you may have. Make sure you follow me here and on twitter so you get notifications when I post and when I upload videos to youtube. Until next time, Blessed Be!

Starseed Alien Race: Arcturus

Hi everyone! For those of you reading the day I posted this, happy Beltane. Today I want to continue our conversation about the various Alien races your soul could be an incarnate from. Last week we talked about, where my soul originated from, Andromeda. Today I want to talk about the place my soul has incarnated to the second most. This place is Arcturus.

The star Arcturus (which is 36.7 lightyears away from us) is found with in the Bootes constellation. This star system is thought to be pretty old and due to this so are the Arcturus people. They are 5th dimensional beings on average but tend to exist between the 4th and 6th dimensions. Arcturians are said to be smaller than the average human and they don’t look as varied as us humans do. They all look quite familiar. Their society is not individualistic like ours is. They are a group consciousness. However when they are in their 6th dimensional form they are said to be tall white glowing figures with angled and intense eyes.

They are beings of high vibrations. Arcturians physically are less dense than humans are. Arcturians as a collective are very service based in their work and are masters at working with spiritual energy. When incarnated as humans you will find that they are really great at healing with energies. They very often have a scientific mind and are fascinated by how the universe works. Due to this curiosity the Arcturus people have devoted much of their time to studying it which is what led them to be experts in spiritual energies.

Signs you could be from Arcturus

Here are some of the traits that you may have if you are a starseed from Arcturus. Remember though that most starseeds are a hybrid of some sort and so it is possible that you don’t connect with every single trait listed. As I list these traits I will also tell you how I connect with some of them.

Sign #1 You feel you don’t belong to your family.

So this is a trait that I can relate to when I talk about my mom’s family. Other than my sister (who is also a starseed) I have never felt I really fit in with that side of my family. I remember always feeling out of place at my mom’s house. However I felt a lot more at home when with my dad. I feel like maybe this is because we share the fact that we both are incarnated from elsewhere.

Sign #2 You really enjoy math and science.

One thing that I don’t connect with when it comes to be Arcturian is loving math. I enjoyed it as a kid but once I hit highschool math was over my head. I don’t have the same critical mind that most Arcturians have. I do however really enjoy sciences like chemistry and biology so perhaps that makes up for it.

Sign #3 You’re attracted to Metaphysics and the Paranormal

I have been super interested in the paranormal since I was in elementary school and have had a few experiences myself. As for metaphysics I really enjoy witchcraft, divination, reiki, all that jazz.

Sign #4 You have a special interest in astronomy, aliens, ancient civilizations and night sky

I have always been fascinated by the night sky. I have had many a conversation with my father and even friends just staring up at the sky and talking about what could be out there and how beautiful it all is.

Sign #5 You experience synesthesia

I don’t exactly know how to explain what this is so I will give an example instead. So it is when something that normally uses one sense takes multiple senses for a person. So if someone feels a fur coat they may also hear a bear even though there is no bear present. Or they might taste bacon and see a pig. This is something I do not experience.

Sign #6 You are known for being highly empathetic

This rings true for me as I believe I am an empath

Sign #7 You have wanderlust

Much like the Andromeda part of me there is the love to travel. The difference between the Arcturians and the Andromedans when it comes to their feels on travel is that Arcturians enjoy it and Andromedans need it. I very much connect with the idea of enjoying it rather than needing it.

Sign #8 Sensitive sense

So this kind of connects with the synesthesia issue. However this is more about just feeling your senses strongly rather than feeling multiple senses once. So maybe you have a strong sense of hearing, seeing, smelling etc. You may also find that your skin is sensitive. Especially when growing up I was allergic to certain jewelery. I also a remember when I was in chem a very highly diluted base got spilled on my arm by accident and I got a bad itchy rash that normally wouldn’t have shown up for other people. My teacher made me wear gloves during labs there on out.

Sign #9 You tend to have low blood pressure and low body temperature.

I can’t really vouch for my blood pressure as I really have no idea however I can say I am always so cold. Even as I am writing this for you in my nice cozy home, my hands and feet are freezing.

Sign #10 You enjoy having deep conversation

One thing I can say that I miss about living at home is having deep conversations with my dad. I love my partner to death but he just isn’t a very deep thinker. He’s extremely smart but he gets no pleasure talking about what ifs or what the meaning of anything is. Having those kind of conversations with my dad is always something I enjoy doing.

That is all I have for today. Do you think you are from Arcturus? Let me know in the comments along with any other thoughts or questions you have. Make sure you follow me here and on twitter so you get notifications when I post and when I upload videos to youtube. Until next time, Blessed Be!

All About Auras

I’m sure many of you have heard of auras as they are something joked about a lot. When you think of something really hippie or metaphysical you probably think of auras. Do you actually know what they are though? They make more sense then you would think. People naturally give off certain vibes. Some people make you feel nervous, some give you joy, some make you mad. This all ties back to a person’s aura. So even if you don’t believe in them you are experiencing them on an emotional level.

Auras are an electromagnetic field that surrounds people, animals, and things. It may sound a bit crazy but even scientists recognize that everything gives off it’s own energy. This is the same. So, now that we know the basics lets get a little more in depth. So an aura has 7 layers. If you’ve read some of my older blog posts about chakras, or have seen this week’s monday video on my youtube channel, you’ll have some background knowledge. So the 7 layers are linked back to our 7 chakras. The first layer is the physical layer which ties back to the root chakra. This layer is connected to your physical health, pain, and pleasure. The next layer is the emotional layer which is connected to the sacral chakra. After that there is the mental layer which is connected to your solar plexus/navel chakra. Your fourth layer is called the astral layer. It is connected to your heart chakra and evidently about love. The astral layer is the layer in between the bottom three and the top three, so it is said to connect the two together. The next layer is called the spiritual layer. It is connected to your throat chakra. It relates back to your spiritual health and connects you to the universe. The sixth layer is called the celestial layer. It is connected to your third eye. It focuses on your intuition. The last layer is called “I Am” layer. It is connected to the crown chakra. This layer is about your potential connection with the divine.

Your aura is never just one colour at a time. It is a collective of colours that can express how one is feeling on all the different layers. The brightness of your aura can also be indicative of how you’re feeling. Something bright is more on the happy, joyful side. Where something dark or dull may have more negative attributes. Also, if you are in a rough time in your life and your aura is not looking the best you don’t have to worry about being stuck with that aura for the rest of your life. As you and the situations you are in change so does your aura. However if you feel like your aura could use a little TLC you can always cleanse it. You can cleanse your aura through meditation or smudging, just to name two methods.

Now, you’re probably wondering “can I look at my own aura?”. The answer to this is, with practice, yes. The easiest way to do this is to lay your hand against a white wall, paper, or any surface really. You want to look at your hand and let your eyes relax. If you’ve ever done a puzzle that has a 3D image you can see by relaxing your eyes, it is the same idea. Another way to think of it is to let your eyes zone out. Eventually you will begin to see a colour along the edges on your fingers. This is your aura. You can also practice by looking at pictures of people in front of a white background. Eventually, with practice, you will be able to see auras without the white backdrop.

So you know what auras are now, you know how to see your’s and other’s auras, but what do the different colours mean? I’ll leave some links for you to find lists of colours and their meanings.

11 Signs You’re an Earth Angel/Angel Incarnate

Hi everyone! Sorry about the little hiatus for the holidays. I was spending a lot of time with my friends and family. I hope you enjoyed the holidays and are excited for the new year. While I was seeing family I started talking to my dad about my brother, my half-sister, and I all potentially being starseeds and how I think he might be one too. However he told me about how he has had 3 different peoples on separate occasions refer to him as an earth angel or an angel incarnate. So we did a little research and this is what we found.

So, what is an earth angel/angel incarnate? First lets start with saying some sources say they are the same and some say they aren’t. I am going to be assuming they are the same. They are similar to starseeds in the sense that it is a person who’s soul originates from someone who is not human. These beings souls are that of an angel and they have reincarnated into a human form in order to complete their purpose here on earth. When reincarnated into a human form they have to forget their angelic origins. Living on earth is so different compared to how angels would normally live that in order to not be completely miserable they have to forget the way of life they’re used to. Picture knowing you can fly but not actually being able to. Below are some signs that you may be an earth angel/angel incarnate with some examples to how these signs show up in my dad.

#1 You’ve always been connected to nature, mythical creatures, and the meaning of life.

I obviously can’t vouch for how my dad felt about all these things as a child but since I’ve been alive he’s always enjoyed going out on nature walks and camping. Since he was a teenager at least he has always been interested in fantasy books and dungeons and dragons which all have to do with mythical creatures. As for whether or not he is interested in exploring the meaning of life, I would say he is. We talk about our purposes here and origin together often.

#2 You are interested in philosophy, alternative methods of healing, and the metaphysical.

We have not discussed it much because it goes over my head but my dad is quite interested in philosophy. He has taken quite a few classes in Reiki and uses it frequently, if not on a daily basis. As for the metaphysical, I think this topic I am writing about alone is considered metaphysical in itself.

#3 Relationships may be difficult due to being attracted to abusive partners or partners with deep-emotional issues.

My dad has been struggling with finding a long lasting relationship for a while. Every time he thinks things are going well they’ll break up because she’s going through some emotional baggage.

#4 You may often space out, have lucid dreams, vivid dreams, daydreams, or astral projections.

My dad has told me as a kid he would have lucid dreams every night and he could do whatever he wanted in them. If a dream became to overwhelming he could just tell himself to wake up. However, he has told me that as an adult he has stopped remembering his dreams when he wakes up.

#5 You have a hard time with communication so you do so through art, music, writing, and healing.

I don’t know about my dad’s art skills but I do know he enjoys and is great at singing and writing. And, as said above, he does a lot of reiki.

#6 You are not comfortable with your physical body especially your feet, due to being used to flying.

This one gives me a chuckle, because it’s so specific and relevant, as my dad has always had an issue with his feet.

#7 People tell you you look way younger than you are.

As a teenager people always thought my dad was my age. I think this was a mix of him looking young, due to being an earth angel, and me being more mature for my age, due to being a crystal child.

#8 You are in a job where you care for others in one way or another.

When I was a child my dad helped care for people with additional needs. For the last 10ish years my dad has been working as a CCA, which is someone who cares for the elderly, in long-term care facilities or in the clients home.

#9 They are often incarnated in a family that has some sort of dysfunctionality to it. That could be through addictions, mental illness, abuse, etc. They do this to bring light to the family.

Due to privacy I will not go into detail but I will say it is relevant for my dad.

#10 Although they do not keep their wings physically they keep them etherically.

When my dad was getting reiki done, the woman, who was doing the healing, said she saw angel wings coming from my dad. He has also had angels come in the rooms he was getting reiki done in before.

#11 You have a tendency to feel different and alienated from others

My dad has had a hard time making and keeping friendships which could be linked to this.

Something else that I have learned about earth angels/incarnated angels is that they tend to only live until they have completed their purpose. Many actually die as infants. However some do live to adulthood and settle down and have kids, if their purpose is to be done as an adult. Something I wondered is if his purpose was to bring 3 starseeds (each of a different type) together. Therefore he would have had my brother and I (an indigo and a crystal) and then divorced my mum. Then my mom would remarry and create a stable family for my sister the rainbow child who was attracted to our family due to there already being two other starseeds in the home. His purpose not being over could be explained by him still teaching and helping my brother and I (which would allow me to teach and help my half sister). Just a thought and I would love to hear you opinion about it in the comments along with any other thoughts or questions. Make sure you follow me here and on twitter so you get notification on when I make posts and when I upload videos to youtube. Until next time, Blessed Be.
